Go Crazy Gaming: A Bus Full of Joy on Wheels
Have you ever wanted to step into a bus filled with video games? Timothy Floy and his company, Go Crazy Gaming, are bringing that dream to life. The mobile party gaming bus features an assortment of video games and consoles, including Xbox, PlayStation, and Nintendo, and can be booked for events such as birthday parties and charity activities.
The idea for this family-owned business began in 2020 during a late-night gaming session. Since then, Timothy has brought one-of-a-kind entertainment to neighborhoods across Minneapolis. His mission reflects this vision:
“Our mission is to leave a lifelong lasting experience and ensure everyone is safe and has fun.”
Timothy and Go Crazy Gaming continue to bring memorable experiences to the Minneapolis community, and the support of the Minnesota PROMISE Act is helping him take the next steps. The grant was pivotal for Timothy, who had been facing barriers related to resources and funding in the Twin Cities. These challenges made it difficult to expand the business. Through communication with the Neighborhood Development Center (NDC) and the guidance of the PROMISE Act team at NDC, Timothy worked through the application process. Now, Go Crazy Gaming is an official awardee of the MN PROMISE Act.
With the grant funds, Timothy plans to grow his business by purchasing additional gaming vessels and equipment. He will also allocate funds toward payroll and workers compensation to support staffing needs.
