We are excited to introduce the newly revamped MNPromiseAct.org, replacing our 2023 site. This redesigned platform is a hub for the MN PROMISE Act, a small business revitalization program providing grants and loans to disadvantaged businesses in select areas of Minneapolis, Saint Paul, and greater Minnesota.
