Elisa Pluhar
Elisa oversees the development and execution of MN PROMISE Act's communication and marketing strategies, and is responsible for shaping the company’s brand image, managing public relations, and driving marketing initiatives. She has worked with business owners, legislators, and partnered with other nonprofits during her almost decade-long tenure at NDC.
