This document is used to verify that your business maintains ongoing operations as of the application date.

• Acceptable Proof of On-going Business Operations Documents include:

  • Business Utility bill within the last 90 days of the final application submission date (Acceptable examples: landline phone, electricity, water/trash, gas, TV, internet, or insurance)

  • Payroll records (within the last 90 days) 

  • A current lease agreement (signed and dated) or a current mortgage statement 

  • Other business activity (advertising, etc.)

• 💾 SAVE your changes on your application, finish ALL needed changes before you hit ✅ SUBMIT.
