c. If you would like this 1099 to be associated with your business, please enter an Employee Identification Number (EIN) number.
Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN)/Social Security Number (SSN)is only applicable to Sole Proprietors and Single Member LLCs. All other structures will enter an EIN number.
EIN is only applicable to businesses that are not a Sole Proprietor or Single Member LLC.
d. If you would like the 1099 to be associated with your personal taxes unrelated to your business, please enter your TIN number.
