Did you⬆️ UPLOAD tax documents that have your Social Security number redacted?
a. ⬆️ UPLOAD the same tax return document that you submitted directly to the IRS when you filed your taxes.
🚫 WE CANNOT ACCEPT a client copy where the numbers are redacted.
This number must ◾◾ MATCH the number entered on your most recently submitted taxes in the application portal.
b. If awarded a grant, you will receive a 1099 for your grant award.
c. If you would like this 1099 to be associated with your business, please enter a Employee Identification Number (EIN) number.
Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN)/Social Security Number (SSN) is only applicable to Sole Proprietors and Single Member LLCs. All other structures will enter an EIN number.
EIN is only applicable to businesses that are not a Sole Proprietor or Single Member LLC.
d. If you would like the 1099 to be associated with your personal taxes unrelated to your business, please enter your TIN number.
