Acceptable Proof of Operating Address Documents include: 

a. 2023 filed tax documents 

b. Acceptable utility bill (mobile or landline phone, electricity, water/trash, or gas bill) 

c. Current lease agreement (signed, dated) or current mortgage statement 

d. Business Licensure  

You may have a professional licensure if you are: a food vendor, bar owner, architect, chiropractor, surgeon, accountant, teacher, mechanic, barber or plumber, etc. 

🚫 WE CANNOT ACCEPT your driver's license as a business license for transportation business owners. 

🚫 WE CANNOT ACCEPT a Secretary of State as a business license.

a. Use an app such as Turbo Scan, Cam Scanner or this tutorial for Google Drive to create a PDF 🗎 SCAN your Proof of Operating Document.
