7. Grant Award Documents

7a. Grant Agreement Letter 

  1. Click the “Award Documents” section of your application to create this change. 

  2. ⬇️ DOWNLOAD your Grant Agreement Letter 

  3. Verify that the name of the business on the letter ◾◾ MATCHES the application business name (you can see this on the first line of the Grant Agreement Letter). 

  4. Complete the following fields on your Grant Agreement Letter 

    a. Include your✍️ SIGNATURE (handwritten, or typed) the “by” line (first and last name of the applicant on the first line) AND  

    b. Write the relationship of the ✍️ SIGNER to the business on the “its” line on the second line (i.e. Owner)?  

    c. Leave bottom two lines blank, which are designated for NDC to fill out if your application is finally approved by DEED. 

  5. This is a binding, legal document so make sure you read over the entire document and agree to the terms and conditions before signing. 

    a. The agreement will be finalized if your application is approved by DEED. 

  6. ️ UPLOAD all 5 pages 🗎 SCANNED PDF to the “SIGNED” section. 

  7. 💾 SAVE your changes on your application, finish ALL needed changes before you hit ✅ SUBMIT

7b. Certificate of Grant Recipient 

  1. Click the “Award Documents” section of your application to create this change. 

  2. ️ DOWNLOAD and complete the following fields on your Letter of Grant Recipient

  3. Did you fill out all 5 lines

    a. Dated 

    b. Business name 

    c. ✍️ SIGNATURE (handwritten, or typed) 

    d. Name of applicant 

    e. Title 

  4. Ensure you upload the 🗎 SCANNED PDF to the “SIGNED” section. 

  5. 💾 SAVE your changes on your application, finish ALL needed changes before you hit ✅ SUBMIT
