1. Is your business active* and in good standing with the Secretary of State?  

   a. Search for your full business name OR file number on the Secretary of State website here:

   b. Follow this 🔗applicant resource tutorial for completing this step on the Secretary of State website 

2. Even though this change takes place outside the portal, finish ALL needed changes before you hit ✅ SUBMIT on your application so our team can review the change you created.
